I don&#039;t know why people try to poke their nose in others work and create confusion just like the post before mine.

No use at all why to care for &#039; these signs when u can change the word head to menu</description>

You have your syntax messed up:

YOU POSTED:
add_action (’admin_menu’, ‘mm_add_menu’);

CORRECTED VERSION:
add_action (&#039;admin_menu&#039;, &#039;mm_add_menu&#039;);

You were using ` instead of &#039; and WP doesn&#039;t read the command if you use `.
