Everybody tries to get new opportunities for the better future. Mostly people make great struggle for the first step to move ahead because they have no references to gain the better opportunities. 1. Bring yourself on merit

Take some information about your company what is the scale of their promotion. Also try to know whether they prefer new employee or an old employee for the promoted position.
